Ergonomics Coaching: Considerations for a Return to Office (March 17, 2022) - Presented by EWI Works In the near future, it will be possible for all employees to return to office. Employers will have a decision to make. Three scenarios will be used moving forward; employees return to the office, employees continue to work from home, or a hybrid model where employees split their time between home and the office. There are many factors that will help determine what option organizations choose. This session is intended to highlight the considerations from an ergonomics perspective for each of the options. After attending the session, attendees should know what activities they need to complete to ensure a successful return to the office, for whichever model they choose. In addition to Health & Safety professionals, Human Resources and Facilities staff will also find this session valuable. |
