Strategies for 2022: staying safe at home or in the office
An employer’s duty to ensure a safe, healthy working environment doesn’t end on the other side of the office door.
For hybrid and remote workers, the duty of care extends to private homes and other environments, which raises new concerns for safety professionals.
Join Safety Leaders Summit Canada this June 21st for a powerful virtual summit that will explore the most pressing topics in safety today and help you address today’s unique safety issues. In Addressing risks within remote and hybrid working models a panel of experts will discuss:
- addressing the disjunct between OHS laws and WFH practice
- providing an ergonomic environment for employees in a hybrid set up
- offering the right assistance to remote employees for injury, sickness, or mental stress
- comparing hybrid practices and how to engage workers in a private setting
- overcoming barriers to employee support
