This 4-hour classroom / live webinar -based course is designed to provide information and knowledge about drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace. The training also includes an overview of testing procedures, expectations, and strategies to mitigate non-compliance. It also addresses the legalization of cannabis and its impact on the workplace. This course is designed to give each attendee the tools needed to recognize impairment and the confidence to support and understand substance abuse policies.
