Supervisors have a great deal of responsibility for the health and safety of workers. In this course we examine the role of the supervisor in health and safety and the various responsibilities of work site parties.

The course also explores how safety cultures are established and how supervisor play an important role in an overall  effective health and safety management system.

Effective supervisors need to be able to choose the most appropriate strategies for managing the activities at their worksite.

Course includes classroom instruction, group discussions, exercises, and an exam.

Recommended for Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, Health and Safety Representatives and Joint Work Site Health and Safety Committee Members.
