Workers are often faced with a wide variety of situations that can result in injury and illness. A fundamental concept in managing these situations is the identification, assessment, and control of potential hazards.

This course will teach participants how to recognize health and safety hazards, how to effectively conduct an assessment of their work activities and explain different ways to control the identified hazards.

Course includes classroom instruction, group discussions, and exercises.

Recommended for Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, Health and Safety Representatives and Joint Work Site Health and Safety Committee Members.

Duration: 1/2 Day.
