AMHSA awarded OHS Innovation and Engagement Grants

Date: Thursday Mar 23, 2017 - Friday Sep 01, 2017
Location: Calgary, AB

On March 23, 2017, Alberta Labour announced that they are awarding $667,000, in grants, to 33 projects through the OHS Innovation and Engagement Grants Program.

We are happy to announce that AMHSA is one of those recipients, granted a sum of $80,000 for three projects in each available category.

These projects aim to increase OHS awareness, knowledge, and action across all industry sectors in Alberta, and will reach more than 2 million workers across our province.

We, at AMHSA, are incredibly proud and honoured to be a recipient. We would like to thank Alberta Labour and the OHS Innovation and Engagement Grants program for its careful consideration.
In return, AMHSA will continue to demonstrate our comittment to our members, and use the grants to create relevant customer-focused OHS courses and resources.

Information about grant recipients and projects, and a news release are available online.
