Client Success Associate - Part-Time Contract, 3-4 Days/Week

Job Type: Part-Time

This part-time, temporary position is responsible for office reception and administration, course material preparation and support to internal and external team members.

Experienced office professional with a demonstrated history of working in client success / administration environment is desirable.


  • First point-of-client and/or potential client contact. 
  • Answer telephones and respond to website inquiries via email / Zen Desk, as required.
  • Print identification cards and certificates for members as required.
  • Set up classroom and online training events in BIS Learning Management System as required.
  • Prepare training room for training events; restore training room after events.
  • Review, monitor and assemble instructor feedback results. Forward assembled course feedback reports back to municipal host, utilizing data to secure further training bookings and opportunities based on the training their staff requested.
  • Invoicing based on receipt of rosters from instructors.
  • Suggest information about products and services, manage data, record account, and training management, transferring of data, data entry, and approve uploaded training records from outside sources.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, and/or social media. Use telephone to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain challenge or reason for calling. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

This is a part time position approximately 3-4 days per week, varying depending on the season (spring and fall are our busy seasons).

Secondary School Graduation Diploma recommended.
