Changes will include
Details about the new procedures and requirements will be sent to all AMHSA-certified peer auditors via an Auditor Update email before the end of 2007. We will also distribute information by regular mail to all of our PIR municipalities. In addition, the information will be posted on our website. The Alberta Municipal Health and Safety Association strives to keep you informed and well prepared — staff will be available to answer your questions about the changes to our auditing and quality assurance processes. We are confident the upcoming changes will improve audit quality, and in turn, contribute to the prevention of illness and injury in Alberta municipal workplaces!
