Workplace violence is defined quite broadly (COHS) and can include behaviours such as threats, purposeful property damage, abusive language, and aggressive behaviours. This course will help participants learn more about potential workplace violence risks and strategies to better cope with and manage these challenges.
Duration:
1 day. The course will run from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
