Health & Safety Risk Management Coordinator

We have an incentive program that 'catches people in the act of making safety a priority' - so anytime someone is spotted doing the safe thing, working on their safety binder or submitting a near miss report - they will get one chance to win our monthly safety prize.

We too have begun to establish the parameters of a "safety" program emphasizing making safety a priority. Can you provide some examples of what your monthly prize would be?

Safety Recognition Program

The monthly safety prizes we have given in the past include: fire extinquishers, fire escape ladders, gift cards to stores or restaurants.
We are currently looking at increasing the awareness of this incentive program by having more people authorized to 'catch people in the act of making safety a priority'.
